Parade Applications

Join the Sparkle Sandy Springs Parade on December 7, 2025. The City is accepting applications for floats, performance groups, walking groups, and the new Swoop of Flying Pigs parade section.

Create Your Own Float

Applications due November 7, 2025.

Gather classmates, friends, or neighbors to design and build a Sparkle parade float. Because this is a nighttime parade, float designs must include lights.

To be considered, complete the Sparkle Parade Application (opens in new tab) .

If selected, all participants must complete the Sparkle Parade Waiver (opens in new tab) .

Performance or Walking Groups

Applications due November 7, 2025.

Bands, dance groups, and other performance groups are invited to participate in the parade. Because this is a nighttime event, groups are encouraged to incorporate lighting, glow effects, and sparkling elements into their performances.

Swoop of Flying Pigs

Waivers and applications due November 7, 2025.

Celebrate the City’s 20th anniversary by marching with Sanderson and the Swoop of Flying Pigs.

If you created a Flying Pig lantern for the Sandy Springs Lantern Parade, you may bring your lantern and join the Sparkle parade group.

Each participant must complete the Sparkle Parade Waiver (PDF, opens in new tab) and email the completed waiver along with participant names to hobie@argonneparades.com .
