The City's Call Center is staffed 24/7, 365 days - 770-730-5600.  Our friendly staff is able to answer questions, generate tickets to have issues investigated, or simply connect you to staff within city hall.

Online chat is also available enabling you to connect digitally with our 24/7/365 Call Center. 

Mobile App

Sandy Springs Works is a mobile app providing one-click access to the city's calendar of events and city parks; a quick link to the Road Work Advisory page and Traffic Watch map, quick links to the city's Facebook and Twitter pages, and enables you to report issues directly to the City. It's available at no cost for iPhone in the Apple App Store and for Android in the Google Play store.

Emergency Notifications

Sandy Springs Alerts is the City's Emergency Notification system, power by Smart911.  The mobile app is located at no cost in the Apple Store or on Google Play. User can opt-in to receive Emergency Notification about severe weather, major power outages and other safety concerns within the City.  Users can also opt-in for Emergency Lane and Road Closures to know when traffic conditions have turned into gridlock. When you register for Sandy Springs Alerts, you will have the option of adding personal information held by Smart911 and sent to responding public safety personnel when you dial 911 from a registered number.
