Sandy Springs Launches New Mobile Platform for Non-Emergency Requests

June 26, 2024

SANDY SPRINGS, GA – (June 26, 2024) – The City of Sandy Springs is proud to announce the launch of its new web-based mobile platform for Sandy Springs Works that replaces the existing app for submitting non-emergency requests and reports. The user-friendly platform offers a more streamlined and efficient way for residents to connect with the City of Sandy Springs. Access the new Sandy Springs Works platform.

Sandy Springs Works allows citizens to submit non-emergency requests and reports directly from their smartphone, tablet, or desktop anytime, anywhere. Users can report a street light outage, request a pothole repair, or submit a code enforcement complaint – all with just a few taps. The platform also provides updates on the status of requests, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process.

"We are committed to making government services more accessible and efficient for our residents," said Mayor Rusty Paul. "This is a significant upgrade from our previous app, offering a more intuitive interface and experience."

Key Features of Sandy Springs Works:

  • Modern Interface: Submit non-emergency requests and reports with greater ease and clarity. Upload photos and provide additional details to the City.
  • Enhanced Transparency: Track the status of your requests.
  • Simplified Navigation: Easily find the request or report category needed with a user-friendly design.
  • Improved Functionality: Submit requests and reports with greater ease and clarity.

The existing app will be officially discontinued in the App Store and Google Play on July 1, 2024.
