Sandy Springs to Host Mother-Son Dance on Mother's Day Weekend

SANDY SPRINGS TO HOST MOTHER-SON DANCE ON MOTHER’S DAY WEEKEND

SANDY SPRINGS, Ga. (April 20, 2022) – The Sandy Springs Recreation and Parks Department will host its Mother-Son Dance on Saturday, May 7 from 6 – 8 p.m. in the Terrace Meeting Room at the Conference Center at City Springs.

For the second year in a row, the City is offering families a Mother’s Day weekend event to celebrate the very special mother (or mother figure) in younger residents’ lives. The event will feature dancing, games, snacks, refreshments, and door prizes. Each boy also will receive a souvenir photo and goody bag.

Attire is business casual to semi-formal with a cost of $35 per mother and son duo. There is an additional fee of $10 for each additional son. To register, please visit the Sandy Springs Recreation and Parks registration site. Pre-registration only. For scholarship information, please email recreation@sandyspringsga.gov.
