The Building and Construction division oversees and regulates building activities within the city. This includes reviewing building plans, issuing permits, and conducting inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
The Code Enforcement division is responsible for ensuring that properties within the city comply with local ordinances and regulations. This includes addressing issues such as zoning violations, nuisance complaints, and property maintenance concerns.
The City’s Planning and Zoning Division is responsible for the implementation of rules and regulations found in the City’s Zoning Ordinance and Comprehensive Plan related to the development of property.
