City Springs Development
In 2012, the City Council adopted a Master Plan to establish the City’s downtown district and create a central gathering place for the community.
The plan’s vision focused on promoting community interaction by creating a safe, welcoming destination for residents and visitors. Following years of planning and construction, City Springs officially opened in May 2018.
City Springs is home to City Hall, the Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center, the Conference Center at City Springs, the City Green, restaurants, fitness studios, and residential apartments.
This 14-acre mixed-use development hosts year-round programming, community events, performances, meetings, and activities for residents and visitors.
