City Springs Master Plan

The current City Center Master Plan, originally adopted in 2012 and updated in 2022, presents a 10-year vision for the City Springs district.

The City Center Master Plan includes:

• A walkable grid of streets
• A mix of retail, dining, and housing
• A connected network of green spaces
