City Springs Master Plan

The current City Center Master Plan, adopted in 2012 and updated in 2022, presents a 10-year vision for the City Springs district. The City Center Master Plan includes a walkable grid of streets; a mix of retail, dining and housing; and the addition of a network of green spaces. Learn more about the Master Plan here. 

2022 City Springs Master Plan Update 
The City Center Master Plan was originally adopted in 2012 and in 2022 Council adopted the City Springs Master Plan Update to reflect the needs and desires of the community by addressing land use and development patterns, transportation and parking management, economic development, and place-making opportunities. City Springs Master Plan Technical Addendum
Along with the 2022 City Springs Master Plan Update, the Technical Addendum to the City Springs Master Plan was adopted, which includes additional details and development strategies for City Springs.

The 7-week season on City Green starts June 13, features four different skill levels, and offers social, organized fun on selected Thursday evenings! There's even an end-of-season state "Cornament" with more than 50 leagues across the state. Join the fun - register by June 3!
