City Springs Development
In 2012, the City Council adopted a Master Plan to create the City's downtown area. The Community Vision: Promote Community Interaction - creating a safe and welcoming area for all residents. From concept on paper to active construction, City Springs formally opened May 2018.
Home to City Hall, the Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center, the Conference Center at City Springs, the City Green, neighboring restaurants, exercise boutiques and apartment homes, City Springs quickly became a destination for Sandy Springs residents and visitors. This 14-acre mixed use development features year-round programming, meetings and events.
