Rentals & Outside Events

Many city departments, venue rentals, and external events use the city’s Verified Vendor List to identify food vendors.

To be considered for the list, complete the Vendor Verification Form

Note: Completing the verification form does not guarantee placement at an event. Vendors may be contacted if opportunities become available.

We only allow approved vendors at select events: Blue Stone Festival, Juneteenth Celebration, and Sparkle Sandy Springs.

Your information will be kept on file, and staff will respond as opportunities arise.

To host a ticketed event or rent a space such as the Byers Theatre, Studio Theatre, or meeting rooms, complete the Event Inquiry Form . A member of the Event Rental Team will contact you.

Buskers

Acoustic music is welcome on City Green and in other parks. Amplified sound requires a permit.
