Solicitation Permits

A Solicitation Permit is required for door-to-door commercial solicitation activities conducted for profit.

Solicitation permits do not apply to charitable, political, religious, or other nonprofit activities when all proceeds are retained and used by the nonprofit organization.

Permit Fee

The permit fee is $75.

Applications must include a map identifying the area where solicitation activities will occur each day.

Applicable Ordinance

Solicitation activities are regulated under Section 26-217 of the Sandy Springs Code of Ordinances .

How to Apply

Applications are accepted at the Permits and Revenue Office located at Sandy Springs City Hall .
