Roswell Road Sidewalks

Project Status-Winter 2021: Construction is underway  

Project Description:

The purpose of the project is to improve pedestrian safety and mobility along the western corridor of Roswell Road. Improvements will include additional sidewalks, streetscape, trees and pedestrian lighting. The project is funded by the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG).  CDBG funds are made available to the City of Sandy Springs through a partnership with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Project History

WHAT:  The City of Sandy Springs will host an Information Open House regarding sidewalk improvements on Roswell Road between Northwood Drive and Long Island Drive. There will not be a formal presentation, but City of Sandy Springs representatives will be available to discuss the project and answer questions.

WHEN:        Wednesday, March 1, 2017. 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Dino Egg Hunt for Kids with Disabilities
