Renting Park Buildings and Pavilions

Facility Rentals

Park facilities, pavilions, buildings, and select athletic amenities may be reserved through the Recreation and Parks Department.

Outdoor tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts at Hammond Park are available to the public on a first-come, first-served basis at no charge.

Tennis courts may be reserved for recreational play in up to two-hour time blocks through the Recreation and Parks reservation system.

Team play, organized matches, drills, and private lessons are not permitted during free public court reservations.

Facilities may be reserved online through the Recreation and Parks Registration Portal .

Reservations may also be requested by completing the Event Questionnaire for Facility Rentals (PDF) and submitting it to the City for review.

Please allow up to five business days for review and approval.

Once approved, a permit number will be issued by email. Payment must be received within five days of approval or the reservation may be released.

Requests to use caterers, vendors, entertainers, or other event services should be included in the Event Questionnaire .

All requests are subject to review and approval.

Events at the Morgan Falls Overlook Park Pavilion that include alcohol must comply with the alcohol service requirements and require a Tier 2 Special Event Permit (PDF) submitted at least 30 days in advance.

Alcohol is not permitted at Hammond Park events.

Groups of 60 or more may be accommodated at Pavilion #3 at Morgan Falls Overlook Park.

Facility rental reservations may also be made in person at City Hall during business hours.

Visitors should check in at the front desk and request assistance from the Recreation and Parks Department.
