The four-acre passive park is located at the intersection of Windsor Parkway and Northland Drive, along Nancy Creek and features a walking trail.

In December 2025, the City Council unanimously agreed to rename Windsor Meadows to Tibby DeJulio Park at Windsor Meadows in recognition of his 20 years of distinguished service on the City Council and his role in founding the City of Sandy Springs. The park is located in the City's District 5, the district Councilman DeJulio proudly represented.
