Groups are invited to use pavilions on a first-come, first-served basis. If you bring a picnic lunch to a park and a pavilion is not in use, you are welcome to use it. However, if a group has reserved a pavilion in advance for an event such as a family reunion, it may not be used by another individual or group during that time. A permit is required for guaranteed use.
