Groups are invited to use pavilions, on a first-come, first-served basis. If you bring a picnic lunch to a park, for example, and a pavilion is not being used, you are welcome to use it. However, if a group has reserved a pavilion in advance for an event such as a family reunion, it may not be used during the reserved time by another individual or group. A permit is required for guaranteed use.
