Description: The Old Riverside Park Project is a comprehensive improvement initiative designed to transform the undeveloped property into an accessible, environmentally sensitive, and community-focused park.
The project includes site preparation, grading, and erosion control measures that comply with state and City environmental standards. Planned infrastructure improvements include new driveways, parking areas, trails, and drainage systems, as well as construction of a prefabricated restroom facility with full utility connections.

Tree protection measures, stormwater management systems, and native landscape restoration are integrated throughout the project to help preserve the park's ecological integrity.
