This congestion can impact emergency vehicle access between Northside and St. Joseph's hospitals and I-285. There are currently no bicycle lanes on Lake Hearn Drive and Peachtree Dunwoody Road.</p>\n\n<p>These improvements will reduce congestion and further promote pedestrian, bicycle, and MARTA transit.
