SSPD Officer with Mom and Baby He Helped Deliver

SSPD Helps with a Very Special Delivery

October 4, 2021

On Monday, Oct. 4,  a Sandy Springs Police Officer was on routine patrol when he came upon a vehicle stopped on the side of the highway. As the officer went to investigate further, little did he know that he was about to help deliver a baby!

There is no such thing as “routine” in their line of work, and every encounter might come with surprises just like this one.

The officer followed up with mom and baby at the hospital and they were both doing very well. Baby Noah will have a great story to tell when he grows up!
