Sandy Springs Unveils an Exciting Summer Camp Lineup

March 3, 2026

Camp Sandy Springs is proud to announce a dynamic and enriching summer camp lineup designed to inspire, energize, and empower children of all ages. With a diverse selection of specialty camps — including Kids' Yogaland, Gymnastics Camp, Tennis Camp, Abernathy Arts Center Camp, and Soccer Camp — families can customize a summer experience that fits their child's passions and interests.

Each program is led by experienced instructors dedicated to nurturing both fun and personal development.

Soccer Camp

Get ready to hit the pitch and sharpen your game at the Sandy Springs Recreation and Parks Soccer Skills Camps. This summer camp is a focused, high-energy program designed to help players of all levels sharpen their footwork skills, master new techniques, and develop a deeper love for the sport. Ages 8–14.

Abernathy Arts Camp

Abernathy Arts Center Camp sparks creativity through hands-on projects in painting, drawing, mixed media, and more. Each week, campers explore artistic expression while developing technique and confidence in a collaborative, imaginative environment. Ages 6–12.

Kids' Yogaland

Each day is packed with fun-filled activities like yoga, games, and crafts — all designed to inspire mindfulness and joy. With a fresh theme every day, including Beach Yoga, Balance Yoga, and Baking Yoga, kids will explore new adventures while cultivating focus, creativity, and physical well-being. Ages 5–10.

Jump Start Gym Camps (Gymnastics)

Join Jump Start's Summer Camp program for beginner, intermediate, and advanced gymnastics. Children will learn new skills in a fun and safe atmosphere while being exposed to vault, bars, beam, and floor. Ages 3–12.

Tennis Camp

The Sandy Springs Racquet Center Summer Camp offers tailored instruction for young players looking to develop their skills and have fun on the court. The experienced staff at the Tennis Academy of the South provide instruction for all skill levels. Ages 5–14.

Pickleball Camp

Sandy Springs Racquet Center offers Pickleball Camps designed to provide a fun, active, and engaging athletic experience. The camp runs Monday through Friday and welcomes players of all ability levels, from beginners learning the fundamentals to more experienced players looking to sharpen their skills. Through structured instruction, drills, and game play, participants will develop technique, strategy, and confidence on the court. Ages 8–14.

Space is limited, and early registration is encouraged. Scholarships are also available. Those interested in applying should contact recreation@sandyspringsga.gov.
