Chattahoochee River Corridor and Stream Buffers

The Chattahoochee River Corridor includes properties located within 2,000 feet of the banks of the Chattahoochee River. A stream buffer is a 75-foot protected area along designated streams and bodies of water.

Georgia Department of Natural Resources Interactive Flood Map

The Georgia Department of Natural Resources Interactive Flood Map provides access to current and proposed floodplain information for Sandy Springs through an online mapping system. Users can search by address to determine whether a property may be affected by future flooding.

The 14th Annual Rockin’ the Runway is a fashion show fundraiser benefiting The Drake House, empowering women and children experiencing homelessness. Along with the Fashion Show, there will be tasty bites from Sandy Springs’ best restaurants, a pop-up shop, and an auction.
