Legacy Zoning Ordinances

On August 15, 2017, the Mayor and City Council adopted the Sandy Springs Development Code, which applies to all construction project applications received September 15, 2017 or later. The Legacy Zoning Ordinance only applies to construction project applications received September 14, 2017 and prior.
