Kennel Permits

A kennel permit is required for your premises whenever there are four more dogs over the age of four months kept, maintained or harbored for a period of 14 days or longer. The owner or person in possession of the premises where the kennel is located is required to apply for a permit kennel permit at the  construction permit desk located at the “Zoning and Permitting” entrance on the south side of City Hall.  Please bring the application with all checklist items including most recent rabies certifications for dogs.
