Project Status
On February 6, 2025, the City of Sandy Springs hosted a public information open house regarding proposed improvements at the intersection of Johnson Ferry Road, Glenridge Drive, and Glenairy Drive. A short presentation reviewed the proposed project, and an open house provided the public with the opportunity to submit input.
The comment period remained open through Thursday, February 20, 2025.

Background
The intersection is located north of Hammond Drive and Interstate 285 and west of State Route 400. Glenridge Drive intersects with Mount Vernon Highway to the north and travels south, providing access to Interstate 285 and State Route 400.
The intersection experiences approximately 10 crashes annually. Seventy-five percent of reported crashes were rear-end collisions, and 12 percent were angle crashes.
