Guest House Permits
A guest house permit is required to construct a free-standing structure on your property.
When applying for a guest house permit, please note that the location is limited to the rear yard and the heated floor area must be a minimum of 650 square feet and a maximum of 1500 square feet.
The checklist on the application requires:
- key and/or legend and site location map (with North arrow) boundary of subject property and location of any existing /proposed structures and parking areas
- current zoning of subject property
Principal building setback will apply.
Guest House permits are including within the Administrative Permit application.
