    Development in Sandy Springs must be compliant with the current Development Code and Zoning regulations.

    The Sandy Springs Mayor and City Council adopted new Development Code and Zoning Map during their August 15, 2017 meeting, becoming effective September 15, 2017. Details of the City's Development Code and any subsequent updates can be found in the City's Municipal Code.

      The Sandy Springs Farmers Market, located on the Green at City Springs, opens Saturday April 20, 2024, rain or shine, 8:30 a.m. - noon. Enjoy an open-air shopping environment with more than 50 vendors, offering fresh produce and artisan foods; many offer pre-orders.
