Meet with City Staff
Developer Meetings are an opportunity for applicants, design professionals, residents, and contractors to ask City staff questions about construction projects and permitting requirements.
A Developer Meeting is required after three failed submittals but may be requested at any stage of the permitting process, including before an application is submitted.
Developer Meetings are held every Thursday and are offered in hybrid format.
