The Conference Center at City Springs is located on the third floor of City Hall and adjacent to the theatres in order to provide a variety of combinations for every event. This space is home to multiple meeting rooms, including:

Meeting Rooms

The City Springs campus offers 5 meeting rooms that are perfect for small receptions, board meetings, training and informational sessions, and a host of other small events. Features include:

  • Rooms ranging from 327 sq. ft. to 867 sq. ft.
  • 80" sharp LCD displays with HDMI or VGA inputs
  • A mounted sound bar with subwoofer
  • Permeable and blackout window shades

Terrace Meeting Room

This highly adaptable space provides a great location for all types of corporate and social events. Banquets, weddings and meetings will take advantage of the sweeping views and intimate appeal. Features Include:

  • 4,800 sq. ft. of adaptable space that can be divided into three separate areas
  • Full range speakers and wireless microphone systems
  • Drop down projection screens
  • UV and blackout window shades
  • Airwalls that are used to divide the spaces

City View Terrace

Adjacent to the Terrace Meeting Room, the City View Terrace offers breathtaking skyline views; as well as, a special overlook for the City Green, and features:

  • 6,500 sq. ft. patio space
  • An 8' tall by 30' wide waterfall backdrop
  • An outdoor speaker system
  • Umbrellas for both tables and couches
