The Public Art Program in Sandy Springs establishes guidelines to ensure a consistent decision-making process related to the acceptance, placement and long-term maintenance of gifts in parks and open spaces and for the recognition of donors.
The City Springs Art Walk is a public outdoor sculpture competition conducted in partnership with Art Sandy Springs as part of the ArtSS in the Open Initiative.
In December 2019, the City unveiled the first works as part of its rotating art program to be featured inside City Springs.
The Sandy Springs Photography Club meets monthly at the Lost Corner Preserve. The club is open anyone and everyone, and meetings are free to attend.
The proposed Cultural Arts Center is envisioned as a facility which will house exhibition space for the Anne Frank in the World Exhibit, and additional public exhibitions.
