By definition, urban development is the social, cultural, economic and physical development of cities, as well as the underlying causes of these processes. City Springs Development

This is an exciting time for the City, its residents and business partners, as plans take shape for the new City Springs downtown area.

Code Enforcement

The Code Enforcement division of the Community Development department is responsible for maintaining safe, healthy and attractive living and working conditions for residents, business owners and visitors to the City.

Planning and Zoning

The City’s Planning and Zoning Division of the Community Development department is is responsible for the implementation of rules and regulations regarding land use. The division also manages the City’s Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG).
