City Springs Procurement
Procurement for construction trades and disciplines is being handled by the project's construction manager, Holder Construction. Currently, all construction trades have been selected or shortlisted, with the exception of AV and exterior signage. These trades will be selected in Q3 of 2016. Bidding opportunities related to systems and loose furniture, office equipment and other smaller items will be posted in this procurement notification area. Procurement of these packages are expected to begin in early 2017.
