When applying for a Roadside Vendor/Produce Stand permit, please note the following:
- A minimum of six (6) spaces for parking shall be required for the exclusive use of the Roadside Produce Stand and Parking Spaces may not be for any other use on site. he location shall be limited to the rear yard and the heated floor area shall be a minimum of 650 square feet and a maximum of 1500 square feet.
- Any activity or Structure shall maintain a minimum ten (10) foot Setback from the Right-of-Way and not be located within a required landscape Strip or Buffer or Improvement Setback. Structure shall also maintain a minimum setback of ten(10) feet from any permitted Curb Cut access.
- Any Roadside Vending displays or activity shall maintain a minimum twenty (20) foot Setback from the Right-of-Way and not be located within a required Landscape strip or Buffer. Displays shall also maintain a Minimum Setback of ten (10) feet from any internal drives.
The following will be required:
- Key and/or legend and site location map (with North arrow) boundary of subject property and location of any existing /proposed structures and parking areas
- Current zoning of subject property
