The City of Sandy Springs is accepting sealed bids from highly qualified firms meaning a Prequalified Prime Contractor listed by the Georgia Department of Transportation, Office of Contract Administration for the ITB 20-019, City of Sandy Springs, Johnson Ferry Road Sidewalk Project TS161 for the Public Works Department. The contractor must self-perform tasks constituting a minimum of fifty-one percent (51%) of the value of the contract. Work will be done in accordance with Georgia Department of Transportation’s (GDOT) Standard Drawings, Standard Specifications, and Pay Items Index as standards and specifications for the construction and completion of the work required.
