Litigation

Motion and Vote:  Council Member Paulson moved to enter into Executive Session to discuss litigation.  Council Member DeJulio seconded the motion.  The motion carried unanimously, with Council Member Paulson, Council Member Soteres, Council Member Burnett, Council Member Reichel, and Council Member DeJulio voting in favor of the motion.  Executive Session began at 7:50 p.m.

 Council Member Jody Reichel left the meeting prior to the adjournment of the Executive Session.

Motion and Vote:  Council Member Paulson moved to adjourn Executive Session.  Council Member DeJulio seconded the motion.  The motion carried unanimously, with Council Member Paulson, Council Member Soteres, Council Member Burnett, and Council Member DeJulio voting in favor of the motion.  Executive Session adjourned at 8:39 p.m.
