Do You Know How To Perform Life-Saving CPR?

Are you prepared to act if someone you care about stops breathing?

Could you be a hero to a fellow citizen if they need your help?

Performing simple hands-only CPR doubles a person’s chance of surviving cardiac arrest, yet the vast majority of Americans don’t know how to administer this life-saving procedure.

The Sandy Springs Fire Department offers free CPR classes to civic groups in our city. All groups are welcome, including churches, homeowner associations, social clubs, businesses and organizations. Upon your request, firefighters will visit your group with CPR practice kits, and share vital information that you may someday use to save a life. A class typically lasts 45 minutes, but can be tailored to fit with your meeting schedule. Classes can be as small as 20 participants or as large as 200 participants.
