Did you know that there is a whole world of bugs in our streams that can tell us a lot about how clean the water is? We will spend the program sampling the creek for insects that scientists use to connect biodiversity in the ecosystem with the amount of pollutants in the stream. Join us for some invertebrate inquiry!
This walk and talk program series will discuss the features of the Marsh Creek-Chattahoochee River Watershed and how water quality programs can engage citizens in improving the health of the Chattahoochee River. The topics of each program will differ and will involve walking the trails of the preserve as well as entering the creek at times. Grab your boots and meet us at the covered shelter for some fun!
